Application

  • Dachin AC 721 Acrylic Coating is recommended for airless spray application to achieve optimal single-coat film formation. It can also be applied via air spray, brush, or roller.
  • Surface temperature must remain at least 3℃ above dew point. Optimal application temperature range: 5℃-35℃, with humidity <85%.
  • Ensure ventilation in enclosed spaces during application.
  • Thoroughly mix the coating before use. Maintain tool cleanliness before and after application.
  • Avoid contact with water, acids, or alkalis during mixing and application.
  • Allow full curing for 7 days before putting the coated surface into service.

Compatible Coatings

Previous Coat: Dachin EP 550 Epoxy Iron Oxide Intermediate Coat, Dachin ZP 210 Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer, etc.

Recommended Coats

Apply 1-2 coats for a dry film thickness of 60±5μm.

Surface Preparation

Clean the substrate to remove oil, dust, and other contaminants. Ensure no acid/alkali residues or moisture condensation on the surface. For cured polyurethane, fluorocarbon, or epoxy coatings, lightly sand and roughen the surface before applying topcoats.

Mixing

This single-component product requires only the addition of配套 diluent. Thoroughly mix with power tools before application.
