The cured film exhibits excellent adhesion, hardness, gloss, and weather resistance, effectively protecting against moisture, UV radiation, and other environmental factors.

Designed for sealing and topcoating colored concrete, stamped concrete, and bare concrete surfaces.

Application

• Dachin AC 720 Floor Penetrating Agent can be applied via airless spray for optimal single-coat film build, or by brush/roller.
• Surface temperature must remain at least 3℃ above dew point. Optimal application temperature: 5℃-35℃, with humidity <85%.
• Ensure ventilation in enclosed spaces during application.
• Thoroughly mix the coating before use. Maintain tool cleanliness and dryness before and after application.
• Avoid contact with water, acids, or alkalis during mixing and application.
• Allow full curing for 7 days before putting the coated surface into service.

Recommended Coats

Apply 1-2 coats for a dry film thickness of 60±5μm.

Surface Preparation

Clean the substrate to remove oil, dust, and other contaminants. Ensure no acid/alkali residues or moisture condensation on the surface.

Mixing

This single-component product requires only the addition of配套 diluent. Thoroughly mix with power tools before application.
