Weather-Resistant Top Coat

Dachin ZA 710
Zinc aluminum coating

Main Composition

A single-component anti-corrosion topcoat composed of acrylic-modified resin, additives, flake aluminum powder, atomized high-purity ultra-fine zinc powder, and volatile solvents.

Main Characteristics

The cured film exhibits excellent adhesion, hardness, gloss, and weather resistance, effectively preventing moisture and UV damage to the coating. When applied over Dachin DZ-6000 cold galvanized primer, it protects the zinc layer, enhancing corrosion resistance.

Main Applications

Designed for advanced protective and decorative coating of steel structures on transportation vehicles, construction machinery, or critical engineering projects.

Application

  • Dachin ZA 710 Zinc-Aluminum Coating is recommended for airless spray application to achieve optimal single-coat film formation.
  • Surface temperature must remain at least 3℃ above dew point and within 5℃-60℃ range, with humidity <85%.
  • Ensure ventilation in enclosed spaces during application.
  • Thoroughly mix the coating with hardener as required before use. Use only prepared quantities, stir thoroughly, and maintain tool cleanliness before and after application.
  • Avoid contact with water, acids, or alkalis during mixing and application. Ensure the hardener container is sealed after mixing to prevent curing waste.
  • Allow full curing for 7 days before putting the coated surface into service.

Compatible Coatings

Can be used alone or in combination with Dachin DZ-6000 cold galvanized primer.

Recommended Coats

Apply 2 coats for a dry film thickness of 60±5μm.

Surface Preparation

Clean the substrate to remove dust and contaminants. Ensure no acid/alkali residues or moisture condensation on the surface.

Mixing

This single-component product requires only the addition of配套 diluent. Thoroughly mix with power tools before application.
