Anti-Corrosion Primer
Dachin ZP 210
Epoxy zinc phosphate anti rust coating
Main Components
Two-component system: Component A consists of epoxy resin, anti-corrosive pigments, fillers, additives, and solvents dispersed through grinding. Component B is modified aliphatic amine curing agent.
Key Features
Hard-wearing and abrasion-resistant film with excellent adhesion, water resistance, salt spray resistance, and anti-corrosion properties.
Primary Applications
Widely used for rust prevention in vehicle manufacturing and industrial corrosion protection for steel structures.

Application
Dachin ZP 210 Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer can be applied via conventional spray, airless spray, or brush. Curing requires temperatures ≥5°C. Maximum application temperature: 40°C. Material temperature should be ≥15°C. Surface temperature must remain ≥3°C above dew point with ≤85% RH.
Maintain clean/dry substrates. Ensure ventilation in confined spaces. Mix components A and B strictly by ratio. Prepare only required quantity. Use within 4 hours after mixing. Keep tools clean and dry.
Compatible Topcoats
Next coats: Dachin PU 770 Acrylic Polyurethane Coating, Dachin PS 990 Polysiloxane Coating, Dachin FC 880 Fluorocarbon Coating
Recommended Coats
1-2 coats via airless spray or 2-3 coats via conventional spray/brush. Target DFT: 60-100μm.
Surface Preparation
Steel substrates: Blast clean to Sa2½ (ISO 8501-1:1988) or SSPC SP10.
Surface profile requirements: Rz 40-75μm. Compare with Rugotest No.3 (min. BN N9a–N10a, Ra=6–12.5µm), Keane-Tator 2-3mil, or ISO/DIS 8503-1 Medium (G/S).
Insufficient profile reduces adhesion and increases cracking risk. Excessive profile may cause incomplete coverage and pitting.
If blasting unavailable, accept St3 grade. Remove all contaminants from steel surface.
Mixing
Two-component system (A and B). Mechanically stir each component separately before mixing at specified ratio.
